Development opportunities
Development opportunities at Cargill range from formal classroom training and e-learning to coaching and on-the-job training. To support this, our many businesses work with Cargill learning experts to develop and deliver programs that meet individual and organizational needs. Here is a sampling of these programs:
- High performance leadership academy. Our leadership academy lays a foundation for Cargill’s future leaders. The program’s objectives and design are based on the unique cultural and business needs we have around the world.
- Marketing academy. Deep and rich in content, the marketing academy is designed to develop a strong and consistent marketing competency throughout our company. Hundreds of employees have participated in this class.
- Safety training. The health and safety of our employees is a business imperative. That mandate is supported through ongoing training in safety, maintenance and risk management for employees around the world.
