Travelogue 3
Played an integral leadership role in the Continental Grain acquisition, one of the largest ever in Cargill history. Involved in all aspects of transaction from inception to completion: coordinating the strategic fit assessment, valuation, purchase agreement, negotiations and due diligence with Cargill's World Trading Unit along with legal and tax teams. Worked closely with Senior Management and Board of Directors throughout the process.
