The SBD program has been carefully structured to help you develop the problem solving, communication and team-building skills you need to become a strong, effective leader.

The program begins with a one-year Field Assignment which provides hands-on experience with P&L responsibility in one of our operating divisions. You'll participate in merchandising, risk management and other special projects designed to build your expertise. It's the perfect way to gain a better understanding of Cargill's philosophies and practices while establishing a track record for yourself within the organization.

Travelogue 4

Worked on a wide variety of projects from marketing, strategy and general business development to transaction systems and economic modeling at Renessen. Applied biotechnology to enhance the nutritional value of crops such as corn and soybeans for animal feed. Developed a model to gauge the impact of Renessen products on the worldwide supply and demand balance of energy and protein required for animal feed as well as edible oils through the year 2020.
