Project Team Leaders coach Business Analysts and other Cargill colleagues, providing leadership on problem solving approaches, project direction and the communication of results to senior management. In this role, Project Team Leaders build their own management style in a high stakes, high performance environment.

After four years in the SBD program, you will be prepared for the opportunity to build a business. And though you will have already come a long way, your journey has truly just begun. A world of possibilities will lie stretched out before you.

Travelogue 6

After tackling strategic projects for Mexico, Asia and the Caribbean, became Commercial Director for Health & Food Technologies, a new business venture at Cargill. Charged with leading all commercial activities for Health & Food Technologies' products including marketing, sales, applications and new product development. Challenges: Develop and expand channels of distribution. Manage licensing of technology. Lead commercially oriented operational decisions. Coordinate early stages of development and launch phases with Business Development Director. Review commercial contracts.
