Production Management Associate

As a Production Management Associate in one of the Cargill Kitchen Solutions facilities, you will get the feel of how things work within each particular department. Here you will be exposed to a number of disciplines that will give you the necessary tools to effectively run a department within one of our plant facilities. Key areas in which you will participate and gain exposure include food, environmental and occupational safety; automation; people management; using computers for information and analysis; production of food products; and statistical process control.

Production Management Internship

As a participant in our Production Management Internship program, you will learn all aspects of the operation of a production facility and will be assigned special plant projects to complete throughout the summer. Key areas in which you will participate and gain exposure include food, environmental and occupational safety; automation; people management; using computers for information and analysis; production of food products; and statistical process control.

Technical Services Associate

As a Technical Services Associate, you will start training at a Cargill Kitchen Solutions facility and be responsible for understanding and applying the principles of quality assurance and microbiology. You will learn to perform analytical test procedures and instrumental analysis on process, final product, air, and water samples. You will utilize microscopic techniques, and conduct biochemical testing, plating, gram staining and shelf life evaluations.  You will also work with Research and Development on projects to determine product viability.  Key areas in which you will participate and gain exposure include HACCP; GMPs; environmental, occupational and food safety; automation; food processing; statistical process control; microbiology lab; and using computers for information and analysis. 

Quality Assurance Internship

As a Quality Assurance Intern, you will be responsible for understanding and applying the principles of quality assurance and biology.  You will learn to perform analytical test procedures and instrumental analysis on process, final product, air, and water samples. You will also learn how to monitor the processing activities of the various departments within the plant facility and will be assigned special projects to complete throughout the summer. Key areas in which you will participate and gain exposure include HACCP; GMPs; environmental, occupational and food safety; automation; food processing; statistical process control; microbiology lab; and using computers for information and analysis.
