I have been working for Cargill’s cocoa and chocolate business for two months now as a technical management trainee. In this first period, I was introduced to the process of producing liquor, butter and powder from cocoa beans. I work in shifts at one of our production locations to get acquainted with the people and the production processes. Although I just started working for Cargill, I enjoy the fact that I get a lot of freedom to learn and develop. 

Besides, our business is expanding rapidly and I know there will be lots of opportunities for me to grow in the near future.
