I started working as a technical management trainee in Hamburg. There, I had the opportunity to participate in several classes, such as the modules of the European graduate program, the Young Engineer Program, and a maintenance and reliability workshop. 

After one year in Cargill, I was given the opportunity of taking up a new position as process engineer in Hamburg. I found that it was a wonderful first step in my career and a big challenge. My main tasks are in production scheduling and process improvement. What I like about my job is working within an international team and the different possibilities for improving my personal skills and technical knowledge.
