My first job after graduating from the university was as a financial management trainee for Cargill in Padova, Italy. Cargill offers a lot of opportunities to grow and learn. I am focusing on finance, but I will also learn the functions of other departments such as forwarding and commercial. After 18 months, I will spend a six months abroad within other Cargill businesses. I like the different businesses that the company operates around the world and the multicultural environment. 

The European Graduate Program gives me a better feeling for being part of Cargill, a challenging global company in which young employees grow together sharing experiences, knowledge and friendship. In the future, I can imagine becoming part of the corporate audit group. I wish to keep growing, increasing my knowledge and contributing to Cargill to the best of my abilities.
