I started working for Cargill in the Manchester sweeteners plant, based initially in the supply-planning department. My current role involves scheduling the production for the refinery and blending station as to which orders are made and when. This involves collaboration with the customer services department and also the transport planners. It allows me to see a varied picture of the business from the start of the process (an order being placed) to the end (when product is leaving the factory). 

Cargill is an exciting company to work for. There are many people who I work with that have had the opportunity to work in different functions and locations. I see many challenges and opportunities to grow and develop.
