What's the meaning behind your name? 

In Chinese, my name means always healthy. 

Where are you originally from and where else have you lived? 

I am originally from China and have only lived in China prior to now living in the USA. 

What languages can you speak? 

Chinese, English (barely), a little Korean, and I learned Japanese before, but forgot most of it. 

What is your educational background? 

MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management; Economics bachelor degree from Shanghai International Studies University. 

How long have you been with Cargill, and what did you do prior to joining the company? 

I joined Cargill in 2005. Before coming to the U.S. to study I had been working for almost seven years with Samsung Corporation in Dalian, China, as a sales manager, importing and exporting various kinds of commodities. 

Where was your field assignment? 

I had my field assignment as a marketing manager in Cargill Asia Pacific Food Systems (Beijing). I came back to strategy and business development in September of 2006. 

What do you like to do for fun/what are your hobbies? 

I run every morning and walk a lot. I also like to watch movies with my husband when he is in town.
