Sweet Lou. Long story.

Where are you originally from and where else have you lived? 

Originally from Syracuse, New York; Have lived in New York City, Boston, Tokyo, Brussels and Minneapolis

What languages can you speak? 

Used to be able to understand Spanish, but it has been a while.

What is your educational background? 

B.A., Political Science, Colgate University; MBA, Harvard University

How long have you been with Cargill, and what did you do prior to joining the company? 

I have been with Cargill for four years. Prior to joining the company, I worked in various client service (strategic consulting) and firm administration roles for Deloitte & Touche, a multidisciplinary professional services firm, based in their New York headquarters.

Where was your field assignment? 

My field assignment was with Horizon Milling based in Minneapolis.  I was a wheat byproduct merchant/trader for the Southwest region of the U.S.

What do you like to do for fun/what are your hobbies? 

I enjoy playing golf, spending time with family and friends.

Who is your role model, and why? 

Teddy Roosevelt. He was a forward-thinking person with respect to conservation, a larger than life personality, never shied away from a noble fight, and was able to effectively communicate with many different types of people.

What do you see yourself doing at age 65?

Probably still working given the performance of my retirement accounts as of late.
