Cargill Foods Brazil serves four segments of the food industry: domestic retailers, manufacturers, food service and export. For the retail market, we produce bottled and canned cooking oils under the brands Liza®, Pruilev™ and Mazola®. We produce blended oils under the brands Olivia™ and Maria®; and, mayonnaise under the Liza™, Maria™ and Mariana™ brands; and salad dressing under the Liza™ brand. 

Production and distribution sites include Mairinque, Sao Roque, Uberlândia, Barreiras, Rio Verde, Campo Bom (Southeast region) and Jaboatao dos Guararapes (Northeast region). Our sales team and sales representatives cover all of Brazil territory.

The business also distributes olives from Portugal, olive oils imported from Portugal and Spain, and pasta from Italy. 

For food manufacturers, we produce refined blends of soybean and specialty oils and hydrogenated oils. We also serve food manufacturers with dairy, sweet, savory and beverage ingredients.

For food service and the export segment, we produce hydrogenated oils, specialty oils, mayonnaise and salad dressings, and distribute olive oil.
