Meeting ISO requirements

Meeting certification requirements of international compliance organizations is a priority for Cargill. The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) developed ISO 14001 as the environmental management system standard. It is an internationally recognized tool for organizations to improve environmental performance. The standard is built on the premise of continuous process improvement using the “plan-do-check-act” model. ISO 14001 certification or registration requires a third party audit verification.

We have nearly 200 Cargill ISO 14001:2004 certified or registered locations– representing Cargill businesses – throughout Europe, South America, North America, Southeast Asia, Africa and the Pacific.
