Cargill’s AutoCalc® system is a real-time nutrition analysis that measures feed ingredients against their nutrient content. It is a simple and dynamic way to adjust feed ingredients to ensure that feed formulas are accurate and supply the best performance for the best cost.

The AutoCalc® system uses key nutrition and animal digestibility data supplied by our scientists in our nutrition research labs around the world. Cargill makes a significant investment in time and resources to ensure that the nutrient database is current for more than 100 nutrients, including available amino acid, energy and phosphorus. In addition, particle size analysis is conducted to determine the best grind size for grains to help achieve the most nutrient absorption.
