Chocolates

Concerns about high sugar and fat intake have changed the chocolate market. Customers today tend to eat less, but are willing to spend more for a higher quality product. Manufacturers are responding with reduced-sugar chocolate along with limited edition, special occasion, single origin and organic products. We partner with our customers to produce chocolates with excellent viscosity, control creaminess, flexibility, improved gloss and shelf stability — all important attributes when producing the perfect piece of chocolate. We have the solutions to reduce sugar content without sacrificing taste and mouthfeel, and our premium cocoa components and emulsifiers like sunflower lecithin deliver additional value.
