We create value-added performance preparations that can be shelf stable, heat stable and all natural. They possess thixotropic textures that are perfect for consistent machinability and will not break down during harsh processing and storage conditions. Our fruit preparations are optimized for a controlled reactivity with the white yogurt mass.
