Cold Water Swelling (CWS) starches
Our new range of highly functional CWS starches produced with a spray-cooking technology was introduced to improve the eating quality of a number of spreads, fillings and sauces.
These HiForm® starches form, upon rehydratation, gels with a smooth texture, high viscosity, superior dispersibility, and a very clean flavor comparable to cook-up starches.
Some Cargill products are only approved for use in certain geographies, end uses, and/or at certain usage levels.
