A step in the promotion of safe spaces is the proclamation of the International Day against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biophobia of the United Nations Organization in 2004, since it is a call for collaboration between governments, industries, academia and civil society to analysis, inclusion and respect of individuals without distinction of gender, expression or sexual identity.
To feed the future, it is necessary to have the different perspectives of the world. “Putting people first is in Cargill's Values and Guiding Principles; it is what allows us to innovate for our clients and inspires us to invest and improve the conditions of the communities where we are present. The company strives to create a diverse, equitable and inclusive culture in which all of its employees can bring their total selves to work every day” said Marlon Ramírez, Leader of the Cargill Pride Network in Mexico.
