Kemelix™ 3678X
Kemelix™ 3678X is a resin alkoxylate demulsifier intermediate, which destabilizes water-in-oil emulsions.
Kemelix™ 3678X demulsifier is a first choice demulsifier for desalting applications and crude oils with a low water cut (<40%). It can be used as a component in dewatering and desalting formulations in both the oilfield and the refinery.
With a low pour point, handling is easier, particularly at lower temperatures.
We recommend that this product is used at the following typical treat rates:
Crude oil demulsifier formulations: 10 – 1000 ppm
