Kemelix™ D511
Kemelix™ D511 is a modified polyol demulsifier intermediate, which destabilizes water-in-oil emulsions. It is effective as a demulsifier and can be used as a component in dewatering and desalting formulations. Kemelix™ D511 demulsifier is also effective as a dehazer for fuel treatments.
Kemelix™ D511 is especially effective as a demulsifier intermediate in the treatment of heavy crude oils.
We recommend that this product is used at the following typical concentrations:
Crude oil demulsifier formulations: 10 – 1000 ppm
Fuel dehazer formulations: 50 – 250 ppm
