Pay
- All departments/all shifts - starting wage: $11.90 – $14.10/hour; with service premium increases at 60 days, 1 and 2 years, increasing to $12.50 - $14.70/hour
- Maintenance - starting wage: $ 15.20/hour; increasing upon qualification and promotion up to $25.10/hour
- Additional shift differential of $.25/hour for 2nd shift and $.35/hour for third shift
