As a technology person, I work with a diverse internal team – marketing, sales, operations, quality assurance and others – to optimize our current offerings, as well as develop new products and services for our customers in China. As a result, I need strong professional knowledge and leadership skills. Additionally, being able to assemble diverse teams to solve complex problems and pursue opportunities is crucial.

Since 2009, I have served as the technology development manager and technology application for our premix feed business in China –focusing on technological applications, as well as product and service development. Cargill has afforded me opportunities to receive additional training on technology, marketing, and leadership in recent years. These experiences have helped me to further hone my capabilities and better serve the business.
What do you find most rewarding about your work?
