My role
My role is to develop and grow our diverse beef business with resources of multi-originated beef product and program in Korea. Communication, relationship building, business planning building and leadership skills are all necessary to be differently successful in this industry.
My path
I joined Cargill and started as the company’s Australian beef salesman for Korea in 2004 and took over the U.S. pork business as well six months later. In 2006, I have moved to Australia and worked for Cargill’s beef business there Beef Australia as an expat for two and a half years. I returned to Korea in early 2009 and started our North American beef business. Now I am a the leader of Beef the beef team in Korea.
My advice
Love people around you and then, you will get everything. If you love them, you will become a dedicated, considerate, responsible and respectful person.

It is proven that a team is superior to an individual. Cargill has provided offered me a good environment to work with my team. Team work also has also given me courage and comfort. When we had have a success, the joy was that much biggerit was bigger joy. When we had have a problem, it made enables me to bear the situation and finally overcome it with my team.
About me
Several years ago I had a health problem, so I started fencing in 2011. This has totally changed me into a healthy and passionate person, including losing about 12 kilograms. I have won a few gold medals in amateur fencing competitions in the last three years, and now I am now a board member of the Seoul Fencing Association. I love it.
