During my time in Cargill, I have had the opportunity to see a lot of people thrive in a professional and personal way. When you have the chance to visit different plants around the world, you can really recognize how important the company is for communities.

Describe your work responsibilities and the importance of your role.

I´m responsible for the delivery of human resources services at all our plants in Argentina. Our team is in contact with operations leaders and employees, so we have a key role in promoting our company culture, which is one of the goals for HR globally.

Describe your day-to-day activities and the skills needed to perform well.

I don´t have a routine because I am usually traveling to different plants. It´s very important for me to be in contact with leaders and employees, to know their different expectations and to align with my team to provide better service.

Describe your career path. Where did you start and how did you get to where you are today?

My first role in Cargill was as an administrative employee in the payroll department. Then I moved to HR with the finance and internal control groups within the southern part of Latin America. This was my first experience working in foreign countries. I have been part of different regional project, and eventually became a functional leader. Before my current role, I was in charge of moving and sharing processes with other countries like Costa Rica. Now, I´m working as an HR supervisor.

What do you find most rewarding about your work?

The most rewarding thing about my work is the opportunity to be in contact with people from different countries and learn about their cultures.

Why did you choose to join Cargill and what keeps you here? In other words, how has a career at Cargill helped you to thrive?

Cargill was a great opportunity for my career. I was only 20 years old when I began my experience here. Different challenges that I have had during this time have given me the chance to thrive professionally and personally.
