I came to Cargill following University in 2005 without any experience, but with passion, drive and lots of curiosity. I heard about Cargill and its worldwide reputation before and dreamt to start my journey with this company.

I initially started at the reception desk where I stayed for four months. At first it was hard work, but later it was lots of fun and I made many new friends. I was proud to work in the company where all ideas were valued and life and work balance was the priority for the company.

Of course, I hoped for more and Cargill gave me opportunity for personal development: at first a Receptionist, then a Contract Desk Specialist and later on a Contract Desk Manager.

Due to family reasons I had to leave the company for a year to live in another country. I missed that Cargill’s drive and my team a lot. But Cargill gave me an opportunity to rejoin in a new role as Desk Oil Coordinator (TE). And now I’m a Cost and Control Desk Manager for Trade Execution.
