“Cargill has created and strengthened its strong values of integrity in doing business in over 150 years and the company always values doing right things."
I am currently the Regional Credit Lead - CAN Asia. In this role, I am in charge for managing credit organisation; developing credit strategy, managing risk and compliance in 9 countries in Asia for 3 groups including Cargill Feed & Nutrition, Cargill Premix & Nutrition and Cargill Aquaculture Nutrition.
I joined Cargill as a Country Tax Manager. After my first year with Cargill, I had an opportunity to transfer from Tax area to Finance; then I took different roles as Credit Manager and then Assistant Controller in Cargill Vietnam during the last 6 years. Those roles have led me to great opportunities to learn about animal nutrition business and much more about business stragegy. I had been enriched with in-depth learning and development programs at Cargill and I have grown with more international experience, thanks to Cargill.
Be passionate and keep learning. Making mistake does not matter; learning from mistake to move forward is more important and it will bring you to your next level of maturity and success.
Why I chose Cargill
Cargill provides great working environment which value the differences, respect for others and large opportunities for people development. Cargill has created and strengthened its strong values of integrity in doing business for over 150 years and the company always values doing right things. I am inspired with all activities of Cargill in Vietnam in helping our farmers to have better lives and always put safety ahead of profit and business goals. Under Cargill's mission of nourishing people and helping the world thrive, I am proud of Cargill Cares activities which give children in remote areas opportunities for better education through its school building program in the country.
I like Vietnamese coffee, travelling, movies and music.
