The many ways of CremoFLEX®
It’s well known that there are twelve days of Christmas. Only slightly less known are the infinite ways to take the CremoFLEX® customizable range of premium plant-based filling fats for bakery & confectionery into diverse applications.
That’s why our confectionery application specialists set out to create a number of Christmas themed pralines, made using products from Cargill’s diverse chocolate portfolio (including FlexFillingsTM technology) in combination with just some of the products from the CremoFLEX® range. The pralines are created in the form of decorative Christmas balls, which come complete with a loop for hanging on miniature trees.
