PositionPurpose and Summary:
Cargillcorporate audit delivers value-add audits across a highly complex, globalorganizationwithin risk domains such asFinance, Compliance, Trading, Operations & Supply Chain, Go To Market,Human Resources, Compliance and Strategy. To deliver high value, the audit teamconsists of highly experienced business and risk leaders (i.e., AuditConsultants) working in multi-discipline teams to assess risk and audit complexbusiness issues. The audit work, insights and results are highly visible tosenior leaders across the organization. Asan Audit Consultant you will assist the Audit Leadership team with meeting thestrategic objectives, mission and vision of the audit function. Keyresponsibilities include assessing business risks, end to end processes, andcontrols, and creating audit reports for both senior leaders and auditees.Corporate Audit is undergoing a transformation and the successful candidate inthis role will be someone who is passionate about leveraging his/her previousexperience to help enable the transformation of the audit function. Corporate Audit provides both leadership andtechnical development opportunities for team members that are seen as valuableto the organization. The group provides an opportunity to work with a varietyof Cargill businesses around the world. You will have exposure to andinteraction with all levels of the organization, from understanding howindividual contributors execute their roles to briefing senior leaders on auditfindings.You will be part of a high-performance team, consisting ofindividuals with diverse cultural backgrounds and business experiences who havea passion for continuous learning. Thisrole will be primarily focused on delivering audit projects related toCargill’s Trading & Market risk domain, with additional opportunities toparticipate in audit projects across other risk domains dependent on projectneeds.This requires proven, advancedknowledge of Trading & Market risk gained through multiple experiencesperforming complex operational audits (i.e., non-SOX) and/or managing processeswithin the business related to commodity trading or foreign exchangemanagement.
60%: Assess, analyze, and report on audit projects you are assigned to through anunderstanding and analysis of business strategy and leadershipinteraction.Activities include riskassessment, project management, leading audit projects, and communicating andreporting of findings to senior management.
+ Analyzeend-to-end business processes and standards using data analytics.
+ Identifyrisks within the business and make the connection to why they are important.
+ Document,validate, and communicate audit findings with senior management.
+ Identifyopportunities for improvement, sharing best practices including cost avoidanceand more efficient utilization of resources. 20%: Provide leadership through leading/coaching project teams, domain expertise orrisk/audit expertise. Possible areas of focus could include:
+ Leada team of peers through the end-to-end delivery of projects and own qualitydelivery of projects through the successful identification, analysis, andreporting of identified risks in an Audit project.
+ Effectivelyinteract with all levels of the organization.
+ OwnIssue monitoring and resolution.
+ Supportingcontinuous risk assessment.
+ Owna standard audit approach for an area of domain expertise.
+ Provideinsights to emerging areas of risk.

+ Championthe use of data analytics to draw conclusions and communicate findings.
+ Identifyand participate in continuous improvement of the audit approach aligned withthe Audit strategy.
+ SpecialProjects as assigned.
+ BS or BA degree or equivalent.
+ 7 or more years of relevant business experience, of which at least 5 years of internal audit experience
+ Internal audit experience must include multiple experiences performing complex operational audits (i.e., non-SOX) related to Trading & Market risk such as commodity trading or foreign exchange management.
+ Demonstrated successful career growth across at least three levels of progression (e.g., Analyst, Sr. Analyst, Manager)
+ Proven success utilizing data and analytics to perform internal audits
+ Demonstrated ability to adapt to and assume various roles within a team.
+ Ability to communicate and influence at multiple levels of the organization.
+ Demonstrated ability to set priorities and manage multiple and concurrent priorities.
+ Demonstrates initiative, strong judgment and commitment for results.
+ Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal).
+ Experience managing commodity trading and/or foreign exchange management processes within the business.
+ Developing / creating data models for use within internal audit
+ Experience in Project Management.
+ Proficiency in Mandarin, Spanish, Portuguese, or other languages.
