Position Purpose & Summary This position spans across Cargill’s Business Application core processes to support the operations and transformation programs of the RPA and their internal customers. The Functional Analyst areas of expertise align with the Business Domain Lead areas of expertise and include the following: * Planning & Management * Optimization * Internal Controls This position will be expected to have or build deep process and solution knowledge for at least 1 functional area of focus above. While the solution is largely different application platform, the Functional Analyst is expected to understand the relationship to other applications in their areas of expertise.

Principal Accountabilities

Project Deliveries * Hands on in maintaining the infrastructure by utilizing the supportive tools required * Work seamlessly with process defined in-order to stabilize the infrastructure to identify the best practices * Coordinate with the Technical Architect to transform the designs and specifications into build under limited supervision * Ensure High Availability (HA) and address the risks in the current infrastructure * Under the guidance of Global Operations Lead, this position is responsible to handle the escalations and high complex issues. * Perform upgrades to make software and systems efficient with his broad application knowledge and complies with Enterprise architecture framework. * Has deep understanding of service level agreements, follows release management processes and develops services to expectations * Help teams to Develop, test and analyze programming applications * Has capability to assess complex implementation of solutions considering cost, reliability and performance * May participate and respond to applications issues outside working hours as needed 95% Other Org Level * Involve and participate actively among all organization level activities * Be a great team player * Should be able to provide oversight and guidance to a junior team member 5%


Education, Experience, Skills Required Qualifications * Around 6 years of experience in IT industry with below skillsets * Windows Systems Administration * Extensive experience VMware * Deployment, Security Management, Build/Release * Infrastructure Development, Technical Support and Troubleshooting * Credential Vault * VMware ESX/ESXi hosts, VCenter server, virtual machines (VM’s), VSphere, p2v and v2v converter, Templates, clones, snapshots, HA and DRS clusters, Vswitches, Port Groups, NIC Teaming and VMotion. * Experience in deploying system stacks, Applications and builds in different environments like DEV, TEST, STAGING and PROD * Experience in Active Directory and Network Fundamentals, Protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and WSUS * Server Load balancing Preferred Qualifications * B.E in computer science or equivalent Other relevant information to the position * Build and deliver across global virtual teams. * Inspire and create high engagement for delivery. * Trainings provided depends on Cargill Business requirements.
