Principal Accountabilities:

35% Market Intelligence - Collect, build, store, and manage external industry database including S&D trends, consumption, farm gate price, regulations, farmer profitability, stocking level, etc, and deliver market insights/reports on a regular and ad-hoc basis from credible multiple sources, working with industry stakeholders, local sales team and CAN/Cargill global resources - Collect, track and analyse competitor information/activities, with direct supervision, through stakeholders interview, customer visit, desktop research, internal sources ect. and deliver the insights - Own industry customer data through market research, survey, internal source for customer segment and species trends 30% Business Analystics and Data Warehouse - Manage master data and own data warehouse for accurate internal data analysis - Conduct business analysis by products and customer incl. product profitability, product/species mix changes, customer turn-turn over, lapsed customer reasons, customer profitability etc. - Support commercial and SMT team on the go-to-market analyst and create monthly and ad-hoc basis go-to-market reports incl. incentive scheme, sales team progress, etc - Ad-hoc or regular basis support for business initiatives such as dashboard and business review in the area of external and internal data analysis 15% Strategy and Planning - Assist SMT and senior leadership on the basic data analysis for the strategic intitavties/projects such as new spaces research, growth strategy and go-to-market strategy and implementation, etc - Conduct Game board competitor profiling with direct supervision - Track 4 yrs NPSS vs. budget 15% Tactical marketing execution - Support execution and implementation of tactical marketing activities such as marketing material, budget tracking, agency relations, corporate event, expo, trade show, TAC event, product launching, customer events etc - Support sales activities such as customer loyalty program and campaign etc. 5% Capability Development - Develop the market intel and data analytics capability, industry understanding and multi-function collaboration to drive the results

Qualifications

Education, Experience, Skills:



Minimum Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree, (business or quantitative background preferred) - 1 – 3 years experience in Marketing and data analysis experience preferred - Data Analytical skills - Strong passion for Aqua industry and drive to get results - Fluent in English and Thai
