This position is responsible forproviding leadership and execution of all retained (non CBS) accounting andfinance activities for Colombia and Central America Sub-region, across allbusinesses/ enterprises as well as technical accounting activities in the country.The Colombia and Central America Sub-regionincludes: Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Colombia.Responsibility will span across multiple business groups, legal entities andlocations within Colombia and Central America Sub-region The primaryaccountability is to seek and implement consolidation opportunities thusleveraging the scale which exists across the finance organization in Colombiaand Central America, ultimately resulting in optimization of those activitiesand proper support for the businesses in the country.Key focus will be on change leadership,process continuous improvement and optimization, aiming efficiency andeffectiveness, in alignment with standard processes and best practicesdefined/agreed regionally with A&F leads in LATAM, as well as with GlobalProcess Owners. Responsibility includes:setting up effective and efficient control environment, strong focus onfinancial reporting, risk management, management information, decision supportand financial activities to support business operations.As a critical part of the job, partneringwith CBS will be key and responsibilities include full support and resourceallocation for any CBS migration projects as per required. In addition toensure that fiduciary obligations, such as statutory requirements and reportingof the legal entities are met a strong partnership with Legal, Tax, Treasuryand Accounting COEs is required.Thisjob requires highly effective people and change leadership skills, strongfinance technical and process skills with a bias for continuous improvement andprocess optimization, and collaboration across COE’s, business groups,countries, while partnering with CBS.

Principal Accountabilities:

40% Fiduciary Responsibilities,Financial Operations, Management Reporting and Controls: * Demonstratebroad set of principles and techniques, evaluate and analyze financial statements.Keeps pace with changing relevant regulations and standards. * Inconjunction with the Regional Controller, as the Country Controller, he/sheserves as a key point of contact on fiduciary compliance, reporting, monitoringand financial controls including segregation of duties matters. * Overseesfinance and accounting operations required to support the businesses incountry. * Ensuretimely and accurate financial and management reporting including forexreporting, commodity risk committee reporting and analysis of businessperformance. Partner effectively with several group/business leaders includingFP&A for reporting, decision support and data needs. * Accountablefor country techncial accounting activities ensuring compliance with fiduciary,statutory and reporting obligations of the legal entities are met (for bothlocal and USGAAP) * Effectivelymanages business and enterprise risk. This includes identification &categorization of risk, assessing risk thresholds and assessing theeffectiveness of controls. * Holdself and team accountable for delivering results, and leads in the continuousimprovement of finance activities across teams and countries. * Identifyand implement internal control systems that provide effective and efficientoperations; reliable financial reporting; and compliance with laws, regulationsand corporate policies. * Utilizingan advanced knowledge of business operations, ensure risks are identified andmitigated and to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. * Championsefforts to ensure that controls and compliance measures are in place for allreported financial information and/or business processes. * Performsand reviews ongoing control assessments * Actsas lead point of contact locally with the statutory and external/internalauditors. Ensures all financial audit issues identified are addressed in atimely manner. * LeadsP&L close, review and analyses of management information, and budgetpreparation * Overseesrelationship with the other functions and business managers to ensurestrategies are accomplished cross enterprises. * Responsiblefor corporate budgeting and monitoring, including control of expenses. * Playan active role relating to the creation and closures of JVs, other M&A orbusiness disposal/ integration activity within the country from a fiduciary,compliance, reporting and finance control perspective. * Taxaccounting:Liaise with Tax to ensureresources are in place and requirements are met and enforce income taxallocation policy. 30%

* Createan accounting and finance strategy & approach which aligns with thestrategy of the enterprise and finance job family. * Providechange leadership in driving process optimization, leveraging of sharedservices, and improving the efficiency of finance operations. * Collaboratewith other accounting and finance leads. * Leadteam through change by identifying and implementing process simplification,standardization and improvement while proactively pursuing shared servicesoptimization. * Workwith Tax, Law and Treasury to ensure and maintain an efficient corporatestructure for that country. (e.g. number of legal entities, capitalizationstructure). * Ensureplanning processes are streamlined to reduce non-value-added activities * Activelylead the regional enterprise accounting and finance transformation by ensuringtimely completion and communication of key milestones to stakeholders. * Providesthought leadership on technology needs and strategy. Skilled at leveragingfinancial and business systems to monitor business activities and aid indecision making. Qualifications



Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor’sDegree in Finance or Accounting * Minimumof 10 years management experience * EnglishProficiency * Demonstratedability to develop long term strategic plans * Strongaccounting experience with very good technical knowledge * Demonstratedchange agility. * Demonstratedexperience and success in managing virtual teams and motivating for highperformance * Demonstratedability to influence at all levels of the organization * Excellentcommunication skills, both written and verbal * Strongproblem solving and analytical skills * Abilityto partner and engage with centers of expertise (like Tax, TechnicalAccounting, Audit, HR, IT) * Demonstratedflexibility and ability to deal with ambiguity * Strongleadership, team building, interpersonal and communication skills * Proventrack record of talent development, building and empowering diverse teams * Familiaritywith SAP as the business operational ERP * Experiencewith Merge and Acquisitions due diligence and integration

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master’sDegree in Business or Finance/Accounting or degree in IT * Experienceleading an organization successfully through change * Demonstratedability to lead a culture shift of continuous improvement and optimization * International business experience
