* Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees * Supervises and coordinates activities of maintenance team engaged in setting up, installing, repairing, and maintaining machine equipment * Assists maintenance team in diagnosing malfunctions in equipment based on observation and application of knowledge from both experience and professional education * Develop maintenance preventive maintenance program in collaboration with Reliability Engineer and Planner * Responsible for using maintenance and reliability principles to improve the equipment reliability, product quality and productivity within the plant maintenance budget by lead and support Continuous Improvement programs. * Responsible for a safe execution of works.Enforce the safety, food safety, equipment safety, fire protection, security rules and takes all necessary actions to maintain a safe, food safe, secured environment * Ensure that the maintenance procedure updated and effectively trained to the technicians * Support and encourage clear and open communication between team members and related stakeholders


Minimum Required Qualifications

* Bachelor degree in mechanical , industrial, or other related engineering field. * A minimum of 5 years’ experience in plant maintenance * Required to perform multiple tasks with a need to periodically upgrade skills in order to meet changing job conditions. * Proficient in Microsoft office and computerized maintenance management system * Flexibility is required to independently work with others in a wide variety of circumstances; work with data utilizing. Ability is also required to work with a diverse set of individuals and/or groups; work with data of varied types and/or purposes. * Good communication skills and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Ability to develop and manage good working relationships with internal departments (production, sales, logistics, accounting), contractors, suppliers, inspectors and customers * Demonstrated ability to lead multi-functional teams Demonstrated ability to lead multi-functional teams * Ability to take off-hour calls and rotate on call duty with plant staff as needed * Ability to apply Cargill's policies and procedures in the areas of health, safety, environmental and food safety * Experience in using computerized maintenance programs * Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Project, Autocad) * Excellent written and oral communications skills including the ability to present information in a formal group format * Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems using formal techniques to evaluate systems, equipment, and failures * Demonstrated ability to organize and implement projects which improve the operational effectiveness of a processing facility * Exposure for Lean Six Sigma Project Improvement
