Description

TheMaintenance&Reliability Managerposition is responsible for leading Maintenance and Reliability programs at site. Focusing on the need to have an effective and efficient operation. Apply knowledge and experience to ensure continuous improvement in optimizing the company's physical assets and maintenance and reliability processes and strategies. * Develop and execute projects, based on need for replacement, EHS or cost savings. Manage base level spending and define priorities and time lines based on Cargill’s policies and procedures for project management. * Ensure compliance with regulatory and Cargill requirements concerning all physical assets. * Promote collaboration between different Cargill sites to understand and align in best practices. Liaison between Cargill and, mainly foreign, suppliers. The person is part of the operations management team. 50% * Lead maintenance & reliability team to effective and efficient organization. * Apply knowledge and experience to ensure continuous improvement to optimize the company's physical assets and maintenance and reliability processes and strategies. * Focus on cost (reduction) through stock and spares management, good planning and optimization of manpower. * Implement, lead & promote EHS as a first priority refer to ISO 450001 & ISO 14001 * Frequently review and relearn with his team relevant to EHS practice * Maintain a high level of EHS Management System (ISO 45001 & ISO 14001) in the Maintenance & Engineering area * Ensure accurate and proper handling of MRO procuremenent and it’s administration. Drive for timely delivery of goods and processing of documents. * Guide and support all aspects in relation to the utilities section and ensure an effective and efficient operation. * Focus on elimination of non-value added maintenance strategies. 25% * Lead the project team and coordinate projects. * Support and organize in phases of development, planning, execution and closing of projects. * Owner of base level spending. * Provide process and technical support for the maintenance planners and reliability coordinators on maintenance effectiveness. * Leading maintenance supervision and utilities maintenance in shutdown, plan for predictive maintenance, support process, utility supervisors with engineering solutions, Supporting functions * Lead, direct, coach and develop all technical staff. * Manage staff training in Cargill policies and procedures and development of specific engineering knowledge. * Accountable for hiring, training, engagement and performance management for personnel in department. * Develop appropriate pipeline for all the positions via succession planning and ensuring appropriate training is provided. 5% * Coordinate procurement administration team. Focus on efficient organization and cost minimization. 5% * Lead the efficient and effective operation of utilities. 5% * Develop and maintain supplier relationships 10% * Support and back-up for the operations manager

Qualifications



+ Bachelors degree in mechanical, industrial, electrical, or other relevant engineering field

+ Minimum 10 years of experience in management in maintenance and engineering

+ Strong knowledge and aptitude of mechanical and electrical engineering

+ Knowledge of project engineering processes and standards

+ Leadership, management, and organization skills

+ Capable of building collaborative working relationships

+ Demonstrated ability to delegate and hold self and others accountable

+ Demonstrated high level of problem solving ability to make decisions independently

+ Demonstrated excellence in priority setting and execution skills.

+ Demonstrated ability to influence and drive organizational change and improvements

+ Able to handle multiple priorities

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Demonstrated ability to work with computerized maintenance processes and tools (e.g. maximo, SAP PM, etc)

+ High proficiency with MS Office products
