Position Purpose &Summary The responsibilities of this position is toensure the efficiency in Export-Import of commodities from all the major &minor seaports and across the world. This role requires the individual to leadand coordinate Export- Import Documentation (Containers & Bulk) ShippingLines, Customs & Other Govt bodies, operations processes, Food Safetystandard, Customer service and quality management. Achieving operationsefficiency to the highest possible standard and meeting the company'sexpectations Principal Accountabilities : * EXIM Documentation, Cost Management, customerfocus, SOPs and food safety. * Ability to follow inventory management programto minimize shrink, damages, prevent unplanned condition problems. * Leverage and share best practices within thegeography and across the region. * Full understanding of LC & CAD flow ofbusiness and INCO TERMS * For handling agro business have fullunderstanding of GAFTA , FOSFA, RSAL, SAL clauses specially FM clauses,Peanlties clause against Extension of shipment period. * Full understanding of different kind of LOI forhandling bulk shipment. * Coordinate with port authorities, Customs,owners and manage vessel origin and discharge cargo operations in line with itsSOPs. * Timely execution and regular follow-up with allrelated counter parties. * Co-ordination for vessel execution withsupplier/buyer/port operations and supervision co (domestic &international). * Various system updates & reportings. * Scruitinising and processing commodity / serviceInvoices for payment. * Maintaining accurate records of shipmentexecution as per business requirement. * This position has to deal with various TE teamslocated at various Cargill offices, third party customers/suppliers. * This position will need to work withmulti-cultural team within different geographies where there are manybureaucratic, regulatory and legal challenges to operate within an environmentthat has a relatively low EHS and Food Safety awareness and standards, andethical standards. Many of which will have to be challenged and changed as wegrow and normalize our operations. Security issues and associated risks arechallenges that need to be addressed in an uneven playing field. * Multi-cultural customers (Ext. & Int.)


Education,Experience, Skills

Required Qualifications
* Degree in any field (preferably Biz management,Export/Import Documentation & foreign Trade) * Fluent in both written and spoken English * Computer proficiency – Analytical tools, MSOffice (word/excel/Power Point etc.), * Minimum 3-4 yrs of exp in export/importexecution of commodities. * Willing/available to travel if required. * Strong communication skills/soft skills. * Good working attitude, positive approach. * Flexible and adaptive to changing conditions inthe business/markets/industry. * Have ability to work with the team * Effective decision making and problem solvingskills. * ICC/IRR/ISBP rules as an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

* Knowledge of import and export regulations inIndia (other countries is an added advantage). * Knowledge regarding vessel handling anddischarge operations * Knowledge in grains and other Agri commoditieshandling/conditions * Knowledge in cost and warehouse management
