Position Purpose & Summary

Assist and discharge responsibilities in Sales and Marketing domain. Handle Contracts, Agreements, MIS and a bridge between the commercial and A&F

Principal Accountabilities


* Sales Contract advising, entering in the system and weekly reconciliation of the same. Ensuring approval receipt from customer’s end * Coordination of respective state-in-charges for procurement on behalf of customers in SCM biz * Drafting of SCM Termsheets and Agreements, getting the same approved by the Commercial Manager and sharing with Customers. Ensuring the documentation is water tight and same s shared with the Controls on timely manner * Coordinating with the Ops team to identify warehouse and get competitive quotes, ensure quality inward of commodities, monitoring the same on fortnightly basis * Coordinate with A&F team to ensure the account statement, raising monthly debit notes, exposures on MTMs, confirming payment receipts, monthly reconciliation * Manage relationship with the customers and take to resolve their concerns to accounts, debit/credit notes, margin money, lifting and logistics on top priority * Provide relevant market inputs, develop solid network in the market to create a reliable source of business information


Minimum Required Qualifications

: * An agri/any graduate * 5 years experience in sales and marketing domain with strong commercial orientation * Competent in basic MS Office tools * Proven ability to develop and manage strong customer/supplier relationships * Willing to travel to stay close with customers and suppliers * Teamwork Skills - ability to work effectively with an indirect team

Preferred Qualifications

: * MBA

Other relevant information to the position

: * The role can easily translate into ‘Key Account Manager’ role in the future wherein managing Key and Strategic customers * It might also entail covering a large geography, significant turnover and large volumes * The position can also progress to lead team of Jr Merchants
