This position is to take charge of General packaging executive, Successor for manager check & verify quality of packing, Planning verification, machine availability for maintenance, Training of people. * Food Safety & Quality -- 25% * Customer Focus / Quality management * Packaging Safety requirements * Packaging food safety requirements * Leading Safety & food safety campaign. * Lines OPL & Operation PPT making -- 50% * Manufacturing call presentation. * Packaging best practice call with CEO. * Market complaint discussion with CEO. * Trials on line & its feedback. * Complaint closures & PM complaints tracking. * Training to executives & officer. * Leading Packing small CI projects * Daily Packing Idex * BOM making * Month end * Oil balancing verification. * Packaging planning * PR PO making for consumables. * RISK MANAGEMENT * EHS Goals -- 25% * Adherence to safety standards, Policy and procedures * Talent Management: * Develops, supervises and provides coaching * Quality of packing with zero defect out from plant each unit. * Operational Excillence: * Operational efficiency &Pack Continuous improvement * Capital Effectiveness: * Earnings ,Efficiency & Execution


Minimum Required Qualifications * B.Tech Engg. With min 4-5years of Experience in Packaging Preferred Qualifications * B.Tech Graduate * Min 4-5 years experiance * SAP knowledge, Computer knowledge. * Build high performance team culture.
