Job location: Naas, Republic of Ireland At Cargill, we strive to be the best choice in animal nutrition solutions. Our team uses our nutritional expertise and knowledge to provide superior innovative nutritional products and services to the agricultural feed industry. Production in this region takes place in 9 countries across Europe and the products find their way to distributors and farmers in more than 75 countries. Cargill’s pre-mix and nutrition business has locations in the UK & Ireland employing approximately 170 employees across three sites with an annual turnover of approximately $100m. The Customer Service Administrator will ensure the optimum delivery of goods to our customers on time and in full, create accurate customer orders from order intake to invoicing. Additionally the position holder will support the Commercial team to meet business objectives and be involved in continuous improvement initiatives. The position holder will maximize customer satisfaction by delivering exemplary customer service levels. This is a full time office based position in Naas, Co. Kildare, very occasionally there will be the requirement to go into the production/ warehouse areas. This is a 6-9 month contract but may go permanent depending on requirements



Main Tasks:


+ Manage a portfolio of customers, from the point of order to invoicing, in line with customer and Cargill guidelines and expectations

+ Maximise the satisfaction of customers, being proactive in communication with the customer, giving regular updates

+ Follow up proactively all the key stages of an order including coordination with transport and logistics providers, in the event of issues escalate to ensure these are resolved in a timely manner

+ Ensure good communication with other functions such as the commercial and supply chain teams

+ Assist with the creation and verification of credit and debit invoices for customers

+ Participate in the customer complaint management process and collaborate with the Food Safety, Quality and Regulatory teams

+ Ensure all business rules are followed (customer lead times, surcharges etc)

+ Be back up forother team members in the event of holidays or sickness



Qualifications



Qualifications

+ University degree (or equivalent) is preferred or as a minimum secondary level education

+ Proven customer service and or supply chain experience is preferred

+ Customer orientated at all times able to deal with a range of customers in a professional manner

+ Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

+ Knowledge with SAP or any other ERP system would be desirable

+ A keen sense of priority and able to make decisions in the times of urgency
