Description

The Senior Project Manager will beresponsible for all project management activities related to the successfulintegration of Konspol into Cargill:

+ Leads execution of projects, achieveproject objectives, on time and within budget

+ Travel to the location of theproject if onsite project management is needed

+ Communicate effectively with projectsponsors and stakeholders

+ Monitors project progress toidentify variances from the plan and make needed corrections

+ Resolves issues within the projectthat do not require project sponsor attention, escalates other risks and issuesto responsible persons

+ Defines project objectives and scopeand develops the integrated project plan for projects

+ Implements best practices and coachproject team members

+ Leads periodic project reviewsutilizing a full knowledge of the project delivery process

+ Develops contingency plans whennecessary

Qualifications



+ Bachelor’s Degree (preferred: engineering, business, MIS or computer science)

+ 5 years project management experience including: Business project implementations, Capital expenditure, Business Process Improvement, IT infrastructure

+ Relationship building at all levels

+ Active inquiry skills

+ Strong English

+ Strong discipline in applying and using project management practices, processes and tools
