Position Purpose & Summary
: As a member of the HR Solutions India team, the HR Solutions Employee Experience Specialist will be accountable for the delivery of employee experience HR services such as production staffing, onboarding and assimilation, local training delivery, performance management, employee engagement, and recognition programs. Additionally, this role will be responsible for helping implement the employee experience delivery strategy and execute the deployment of employee experience services in the cluster he/ she is assigned. This includes the responsibilities of: implementation the strategy, supporting the delivery for activities, communicating with and training stakeholders.
Business Leaders - 30% * Assist in the leading of the employee experience market HR Solution stream to provide relevant and effective consulting services to businesses for their locations. Ensure valuable solutions for the complexity of businesses. * Assist in the facilitation and the co-ordinate deployment of employee experience services, including any regional specific strategy requirements. * Leverage and enforce processes and technologies to support delivery of services * Work in close partnership with shared services (CBS) to deliver recurring end-to-end services and processes * Help to maintain key internal/external relationships, which may include: business leaders, hiring managers, business/function human resource professionals, industry contacts, employees * Support to ensure the desired business results are prioritized and the organization capabilities are operationalized (HR integrator). * Implement cluster-specific requirements and resources to effectively help EE Lead to understand and address challenges and priorities * Work with EE Lead to support the development of the strategy for the effective delivery and coordination of Employee Experience activities for the cluster. * Support any activities to achieve locations performance metrics and engagement. Talent Leader - 25% * Support the location in Talent leadership to provide relevant, effective consulting services to business managers and delivery of HR core processes. * Help to develop and sustain valuable HR solution consultative and coaching skills, and overall effectiveness of the cluster teams. * Active team member to build high performance and world class talent * Connect and collaborate by engaging others across the organization to achieve results * Contribute as team member and play active role by working together with EE specialist in the cluster to effectively deploy Employee Experience services Change Leader - 15% * Support the deployment change programs and play active role for the assigned specific GHRS teams after implementation. * Represent the assigned area in prioritization activities and escalations in the broader domain services area * Provide feedback into services priorities to ensure cluster adoption * Continue to participate in CBS Migration activities, shared service consolidation and MADJV initiatives * Promote the use and implementation of tools/technologies within assigned area to gain efficiency in delivering HR Solutions Culture Steward - 15% * A team member with a strong client focus, an environment of collaboration and enablement, effective and successful performance, and continuous improvement * Champion a strong continuous improvement culture in the assigned location to ensure deployment of scalable, simplified and standardized processes * Support the establishment of a culture of accountability and measurement * Express, model and reinforce a process-honoring culture Value Leader - 15% * Provide support to ensure service delivery is compliant with laws, regulations, and corporate policies within the assigned market * Provide support to ensure application of standard policies * Provide input into the appropriate blend of internally sourced service delivery versus vendor sourced delivery * Help to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and standardization on processes currently managed by country and/or regionally * Provide support to ensure consistent adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements in the assigned market. This may involve working with legal resources and/or external consultants to interpret and implement complex/ambiguous policies
: * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience * 7 to 9 years of experience in operations and/or human resources within the country * Experience in employee experience-related market service areas such as production staffing, onboarding and assimilation, local training delivery, performance management, employee engagement, and recognition programs * Have exposure in the area of Employee Relations in the location and understanding of applicable legislation and complexity * Experience anticipating issues, problem solving and implementing solutions, including referring critical issues to the appropriate level of management, and improving efficiency, quality, cost and productivity * Experience positively influencing and collaborating while engaging the full scope of their teams * Demonstrated basic to medium business acumen. Knowledge of some businesses, functions, and processes as well as good knowledge of business and functional issues. * Good leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills - ability to thrive as part of a cluster team * Demonstrated understanding of evolving HR landscape and demonstrated potential capability of implementing organizational change efforts * Capability to support innovation and integration of HR practice around critical business issues, and align people, process and structure to support these innovations * Connect with people and understand business strategy
: * Experience in a shared services organization * Project management experience * Consultative skills * Strong drive for results with results/outcome focus * Proven record of implementation and optimization of processes and metrics
Other relevant information to the position
: * Travel up to 20% within cluster location; and minimal travel within market location expected * Core competencies -Team Leadership, Strategic insights, change champion, technology proponent * People Leadership competencies -Lead large geographic based teams
