Position Purpose & Summary The QSC/Regulatory&Performance Manager – Asia is responsible for ensuring continuous quality improvement and driving operational performance , food safety and quality enhancements. Connect with global team and bring continuous improvements with standards and procedures. Set up and perform internal audit system to ensure operational compliance with all company policies and procedures. Work with country & regional teams to build food safety culture, provide training and bring alignment within CPAE poultry group. Provide regulatory interpretation and technical review of data or reports that will be incorporated into regulatory submissions to assure scientific rigor, accuracy, and clarity of presentation.

Principal Accountabilities

30%: Initiate and roll out FSQR training to drive food safety, quality, efficiency, consistency and compliance within CPSEA facilities. 20%: Set up programs and activities to drive food safety and quality culture. 10%: Set up and perform internal audit system to bring alignment and one way of working within SEA poultry group. 10%: Connect with global team and bring continuous improvements with standards and procedures. 10%: Provide monthly FSQR dashboard to the region & share best practice. 10%: Provide regulatory or technical review of data or reports to assure scientific rigor, accuracy, and clarity of information to project team. 10%: Connect with global regulatory team to update related food regulation and ensure that they are communicated through related parties inCPAE.


Education, Experience, Skills

Minimum Requi

ed Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in a science field

+ Minimum 5-10 years’ experience as manager in quality assurance discipline, international quality system requirement, procedures and regulatory complaince.

+ Demonstrates technical and leadership skills

+ Ability to deal with complexity, problem solving and process Improvement

+ Ability to work independently and collaborate with others to accomplish work

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities

+ Ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups of people within and outside reporting relationships and with varying levels of education

+ Capable to provide leadership/ motivation to engage employees in the business

+ Able to travel when needed and work at nights, weekends when necessary TA007
