The position purpose is to provide strategic leadership for the CASC FIBI FSQR PMO pipeline including * driving project execution excellence and own FSQR MADJV/build expertise: * translating customer, regulatory and/or Cargill requirements into design qualification for new build or new equipment * ensuring robust IQOQPQ (installation, operational and performance qualification) is adhered to * co-developing design blue prints for safe and hygienic design * assuring FSQR resource to support regional build/MADJV and other FSQR projects as they require implementation across APAC (eg LIMS, spec systems, ACI projects, etc) * providing effective FSQR project governance as a project gate reviewer from FSQR perspective and approve FSQR related solutions in different project stage deliverables before project gate reviews To be successful in the role, you will possess a well-honed ability to build trust and respect with stakeholders across Asia and with global colleagues. To achieve this, you will have demonstrated strong influencing and change management skills in creating alignment on strategy and processes, as well as being a compelling communicator. Proven project, program and portfolio management experience is key for this role. Knowledge of Cargill, including operations and FSQR, is also important to this role. The FSQR Performance Excellence Lead is a critical member of the FSQR CASC FIBI APAC Leadership team. This position reports to the APAC FSQR CASC FIBI Leader. To achieve Cargill’s goal of ZERO harm, you will partner with FSQR leadership, ACI teams, Corporate, Capital projects and MTL, Operations and Business leadership, multiple peers, external suppliers and manufacturers.

Principal Accountabilities

Build, MADJV and other projects FSQR systems, capability and execution - 60% * Create a register and portfolio view of APAC CASC FIBI build, MADJV and other relevant FSQR projects and their FSQR requirements/conformance in the PDP process * Develop and implement effective and efficient FSQR DQ (Design Qualification) and IQOQPQ processes and capability as well as FSQR project management capability in the region (aligned to FSQR standards and PDP processes) * Develop a process and execute FSQR support of projects systematically to reduce waste, utilizing selected FSQR resources from the FSQR operations and other relevant FSQR teams. * Develop and execute FSQR Due Diligence with appropriate expertise. * Grow FSQR expertise for build projects and MADJV. * Ensure FSQR requirements in the PDP process are observed and proper signoffs are in place prior to gate reviews. Strategic Leadership - 20% * Lead the FSQR Project Management function to be an effective enabler to achieve Zero Harm and Quality culture. * Collaborate with Capital projects, MTL, ACI, Operations and Business to build partnership and effective engagement. * Develop a systematic approach to manage a portfolio of build, MADJV and other relevant FSQR projects. * Built a culture of bringing the outside-in of technology for FSQR performance improvements (connect to hygienic and safe design CoEs). Technology and Continuous Improvement - 20% * Identify, coordinate trials and facilitate decision making of technology adoption to enhance FSQR performance. * Champion the FSQR build and MADJV continuous improvement program for the region. * Lead organizational change (related to build and MADJV projects) to achieve desired results

Other relevant information to the position

The position will expose the individual to diverse work groups, both internal and external to Cargill, and across multiple jurisdictions. Success in this role will allow the individual to transition into larger roles in the areas of operations, ACI, capital projects, food safety, quality assurance.


Required Qualifications

* Bachelor degree or equivalent in science,engineering or food technology required * Project management certification of equivalent(e.g. PMI, Prince2)required * 10 years experience in operations, capitalprojects or project management * 5 year experience in FSQR support of Build andMADJV projects. * Experience working in a complex matrixorganization, multicultural environmentand cross functional virtual teams * Operations experience with demonstrated FSQRleadership * FSQR management system experience * PMO Valuecreation * Projectcycle time (deliver in spec on time and in budget) * Projectexcellence measure * CONC fornew builds from design perspective (not operation errors) * Advanced/Fluent English * Available for Business Travels: minimum 20%
