**OTSC Credit Supervisor**

This position is accountable for the entire credit granting process, including consistent application of a credit policy, periodic credit reviews of existing customers, and the assessment of the creditworthiness of potential customers. Also is responsible of optimizing the mix of company sales and bad debt losses. Responsible to lead and coordinate activities of team members engaged in successful risk mitigation for all business units. The role will include manage the team and individual performance, oversee problem solving & decision making issues. Primary liaison between internal and external customers, including Business Units contacts and external contacts.
50% Leadership: Responsible for people management responsibilities including supervision, performance management, career development, coaching and guiding team members. Additional responsibilities include communication and adherence of team goals and metrics, performs report analysis, ensures execution and adherence of compliance with corporate policies, ensures business continuation plans are updated and addresses team member issues and assists in problem resolution. Monitor the credit granting and updating processes. 25% Decision Making & Problem Solving: Implementation of processes, policies and procedures, provide guidance, support to and assistance to team members. Additional responsibilities include managing process changes, drive process improvement, evaluating risks and ensuring compensating controls exist and submission/approval of credit requests. Maintain the corporate credit policy, recommend changes , manage credit files. 25%Customer Services: Acts as a liaison and builds supportive relationships with Business Unit contacts in resolving discrepancies and issues. Ensures all credit reviews & order releases are processed according to Service Level Agree
* Bachelor’s degree in accountingor finance related areas. * Prior experience of managing a team with people management responsibilities * 5 years of shared services and business/industry & credit risk management work experience . * Prior experience of doing onsite migration, experience in credit analysis and creation of effective desktop procedures/standard operating procedures. * Self-motivated with excellent analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills * Excellent verbal and written English communication skills * Proven ability to manage multiple tasks * Strong background in change management * Advocate for continuous improvement * Proven strong leadership skills * Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information * Demonstrated understanding and commitment to internal controls * Willingness to travel * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Proficiency in English B2 * Excellent people skills, positive attitude, excellent organizational skills and follow-up, strong sense of urgency, results oriented
* Experience in strategic management * Culturally diverse and ability to work with teams located in different regions of the world * SAP, JDE, e-Credit, Baan knowledge is a plus
