Trade Execution Coordinator I Temporary

To effectively handle import and export trade execution operations. This role maintains a peering relationship with commercial function, along with exposure to operations, legal, finance, FSQR, and tax & customs functions. The principle responsibilities will be contract performance, export documentation and processes, risk management, operational and logistic controls, and customer service. Analyze situations, be proactive in identifying and highlighting risks, and be involved in follow through.

+ 50% Execute export processes (trucks and barges)

+ 30% Execute export processes (vessels)

+ 5% Execute import processes

+ 10% Collaboration with other functions, and TE teams. Any other duties as assigned.

+ 5% Analyze and monitor risk. Any other duties as assigned.


Required Qualifications:

+ Technical Degree in Business Administration with Certification and/or Accreditation in International Commerce and/or in Customs.

+ Minimum of 1 year of working experience in an exporting role (Bachelor degree)

+ Minimum of 2 years of working experience in International Trade Execution and/or Custom Agency (Technical Degree)

+ Working experience in Grains and Oilseeds industry is a plus.

+ Intermediate English level reading & writing skills preferred (verbal communication skills is a plus)

+ Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in performance

+ Enthusiastic, self-motived, responsible, with an ability to multi-task and prioritize to meeting deadlines

+ Ability to work independently and demonstrated confidence to take initiative to solve problems with sense of urgency

+ Ability to collaborate effectively within a multi-cultural and cross-functional local and virtual team

+ Ability to work in a high paced environment. Effectively working under Pressure / Resilience

+ Curiosity to learn; fast learner and self-development ability

+ Aptitude for customer service and proactive approach to customer relations

+ Basic mathematical capability

+ Effective problem solving skills (independency, acting on your feet, finding information, involving others)

+ Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
