The center provides high-quality, efficient back-end services across IT, HR, Finance, Transport & Logistics, Strategic Sourcing & Procurement and Trade Execution with 5,500 employees. Its purpose is to bring a smarter, more efficient approach to how we provide shared services to Cargill. That way business units and functions can focus on what they do best. These services are delivered in 6 Centers based in Bangalore (India), Sofia (Bulgaria), Nanjing (China), San Jose (Costa Rica), Uberlandia (Brazil) and Rosario (Argentina). This role is responsible to perform AR analysis for a dedicated enterprise on the scope of the center they are based in. AR Analysis will be performed for the Sub-processes performed for that enterprise. The sub-processes in CTC are: Credit Management, Collections, Disputes, Cash Applications, Invoicing & billing and contract management. The AR analyst partners directly with CTC Senior Team Managers and Team Managers to support the Weekly Operational Reviews and the Tower Lead for the Monthly Operational Reviews. This role will report into the CTC Tower Lead in the center. Principal Accountabilities AR Analysis 60% * Overdue trending and portfolio overdue segmentation to provide insight on the enterprise portfolio to the STM and TL. * Bad Debt Reserve analysis based on Enterprise portfolio * Dispute ageing and root cause trend analysis * Unapplied cash analysis Process Analysis 20% * Collection strategy success rates * Score model output testing vs portfolio performance * Billing re-work analysis * Process volume tracking Process Improvement Input 10% * Data analytics input for Process Improvement initiatives Control Analysis 10% * AR data input for Control COE * AR data input for Control risk Owners * AR data input for Corporate Audit

Qualifications

Minimum Required Qualifications * Finance Background. * 5 years of experience in finance operations work with deep expertise in Credit to Cash and related processes. * Analytical background across AR * A Continuous Improvement mindset. * Proficiency in English B2 * Possess a strong customer service acumen. * Self-starter with strong analytical, problem solving skills and initiative to achieve desired outcomes. Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor’s in business administration or Finance related. * Experience in credit scoring workflows in an SAP environment * Ability to work across diverse cultures and backgrounds.
