Customer Solutions Manager

Position Purpose & Summary The Customer Solutions Manager services customers across categories and applications and of a different size. You will focus on finding short-term solutions to customer requests that are based on existing technologies and product portfolio. The Customer Solutions Manager is a fully embedded member of the regional Technical Services Team. The Customer Solutions Manager supports defense and growth by:
+ Delivering a fast, knowledgeable and reliable response to standard customer technical questions.
+ Providing off the shelf solutions for problems/requests common to the customer’s industry/application.
+ Providing solutions the respond to well-known market trends.
+ Providing solutions based on existing capabilities and product portfolio
+ Provides technical support to customers. Uses existing tools to resolve technical problems, troubleshoots and modifies product solutions to customer requirements
+ Coordinates level 1A projects. Cooperates with other team members in providing solutions and supporting external customers
+ Master degree in food chemistry, food technology, chemistry, human nutrition or other related field or bachelor degree plus relevant work experience.
+ Experience in customer applications (preferably of oils and fats).
+ Minimum 2 years of relevant customer facing working experience in a technical role or relevant R&D expertise on customer level.
+ Pragmatic, excellent communication skills, well organized and interested in learning. Good prioritization skills.
+ Fluent in English, written and oral plus min working knowledge of at least 1 other European language.
+ Knowledge in Einstein, Interspec, SF.com and other relevant systems
