Position Purpose & Summary This position will work across the Food Ingredient & Bio-Industrial (FIBI) Enterprise providing Master Data stewardship and leading the Master Data efforts as part of Enterprise/Business Projects. The role will actively partner with the Businesses, Functions and Global IT to define Data scope, lead and organize the resources, and ensure exceptional project delivery. The role will also provide leadership in building our data strategies and growing our data management capabilities. The role will help build and execute Data solutions, implement improvement opportunities and provide leadership in executing our data strategies. The role requires an individual skilled in project management and leading teams.

Principal accountabilities:

_70% Project Leadership:_

+ Responsible for leading the Data workstreams across Enterprise/Business projects.

+ Responsible for defining project objectives, defining scope, monitoring project metrics, identifying risks and issues and ensuring mitigation plans are in place and/or implememented. Also responsible for leading and providing coaching to the Data team-members, as well as ensuring alignment on Data standards, processeses, and design. _30% Data Governance & Quality:_

+ Ensure the consistent use of master data attributes across multiple businesses (globally).

+ Partner with business stakeholders to resolve fragmentation or issues with data attribute use and definition. Create, follow and enforce processes that ensure data integrity. Communication and coordination across the Businesses and Shared Services on the application of data definitions, standards and usage. Partner with process groups to define, document and monitor rules by taking a proactive approach.


Required Qualifications

+ 5 years of experience across Data Management, Data Analytics and/or Information Technology

+ 3 years of large Project experience (i.e. System Implementations, Capital Spend projects)

+ Bachelor’s Degree

+ ERP experience (as a user or implementation project team member)

+ Demonstrated strong project management skills

+ Demonstrated strong analytical skills

+ Demonstrated ability to lead and drive to decisions in ambiguous situations

+ Demonstrated ability to break down complex issues

+ Demonstrated ability to trouble-shoot and problem solve data and system related issues Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and effectively navigate the organization to identify where expertise resides; ability to work with cross functional teams

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

+ High degree of computer literacy, MS-office Excel in particular

+ Ability to travel 10%

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience with reporting tools (i.e. Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx)

+ SAP and/or experience

+ Knowledge of quality improvement or process improvement tools and techniques or willingness and aptitude to learn them (i.e.: Lean, 6 Sigma)

+ Work experience across multiple lines of business and/or within IT function

+ Previous experience leading, organizing, and presenting within groups

+ Demonstrated behaviors of a curious, logical thinker and a strong systems aptitude

+ Demonstrated ability to influence others without direct authority
