Employee Experience Senior Specialist

Position Purpose & Summary: Being in the regional head office, this position will be facing clientele group of senior managers and Group HR Leads of different enterprises, with the expectations to lead employee experience delivery strategy while coordinating the deployment of employee experience services across different lines of businesses in and out of Singapore. This position will be accountable for the execution and delivery of employee experience HR services such as performance management, employee engagement, recognition programs, assessment and delivery of local training, onboarding and assimilation for new hires in Singapore. This role will interface with Global Human Resources Solutions (GHRS) regional leadership, COEs, demand management and global enterprise / function teams for projects, effective resource planning and stakeholder feedback.
40% - Business Leader:
+ Lead the employee experience for the market in providing relevant and effective consulting services to all businesses in Singapore
+ Ensure valuable solutions meet the complex needs of the businesses.
+ Facilitate the co-ordinated deployment of employee experience services, including any regional specific strategy requirements.
+ Leverage and enforce processes and technologies to support the delivery of services
+ Work in close partnership with shared services (CBS) to deliver recurring end-to-end services and processes
+ Develop and maintain key internal / external relationships, which may include business leaders, hiring managers, business / function human resource professionals, industry contacts, and employees
+ Ensure the desired business results are prioritised and the organisation capabilities are operationalised.
+ Provide thought leadership in recommending solutions that build on business and functional strategic drivers.
+ Articulate market-specific requirements and resources to effectively help regional market leads to understand and address challenges and priorities.
+ Be responsible for local budgets, HR solution effectiveness metrics, and local SLAs (costs and ROIs of solutions delivered).
+ Be responsible for achieving the location’s performance metrics and engagement. 20% - Talent Leader:
+ Provide relevant and effective consulting services to business managers and manage the delivery of HR core processes.
+ Develop and sustain valuable HR solutions in consultative and coaching skills to provide overall effectiveness of the country teams.
+ Effectively lead teams to high performance and build world class talent.
+ Coach business managers in building high performance teams and build world class talents.
+ Champion a strong continuous improvement culture to ensure deployment of scalable, simplified and standardized processes 15% - Change Leader:
+ Provide relevant and effective consulting services to business managers and delivery of HR core processes.
+ Connect with and collaborate by engaging others across the organisation to achieve results.
+ Coordinate team of HR professionals in related field across the market to effectively deploy Employee Experience services. 15% - Culture Steward
+ Establish the employee experience with a strong client focus, an environment of collaboration and enablement, effective and successful performance, and continuous improvement.
+ Establish a culture of accountability and measurement.
+ Express, model and reinforce a process-honouring culture. 10% - Value Leader:
+ Ensure service delivery is compliant with laws, regulations, and corporate policies within the location.
+ Ensure application of standard policies.
+ Be responsible for vendor management of employee experience service providers which may include selection, defining scope, metrics and / or performance.
+ Provide input into the appropriate blend of internally sourced service delivery versus vendor sourced delivery.
+ Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and standardisation of processes currently managed by country and / or regionally.
+ Ensure consistent adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements which may involve working with legal resources and / or external consultants to interpret and implement complex / ambiguous policies.
Required Education & Experience:
+ At least 10 years of experience in human resources / related talent management arena.
+ Previous experience in employee experience-related market service areas such as onboarding and assimilation, local training delivery, performance management, employee engagement, and recognition programs.
+ Experience in anticipating issues, problem solving and implementing solutions which includes the referring critical issues to the appropriate level of management, and improving efficiency, quality, cost, and productivity.
+ Demonstrated experience positively influencing and collaborating with business and HR leaders.
+ Knowledge of multiple businesses, functions, and processes as well as solid knowledge of business and functional issues with a proven track record to positively impact business results.
+ Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
+ Possess the ability to thrive as part of a local market team.
+ Demonstrated understanding in the evolving HR landscape and demonstrated capability of leading organisational change efforts.
+ Capability to innovate and integrate HR practice around critical business issues, and align people, process and structure to support these innovations.
+ Competence in connecting people to each other and the business strategy, leveraging technology and processes where appropriate.
+ Team player working in highly diverse culture environment. Preferred Skills & Experience:
+ University degree.
+ Demonstrated ability to manage and implement HR processes and client focused solutions.
+ Experience in a shared services organisation.
