Principal Accountabilities:

20 % BUILD, DEVELOP & MAINTAIN INTERNAL/EXTERNAL CUSTOMER/CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS - Initiates, develops, and maintains customer working relationships with distribution/retail customers at multiple levels for less complex customer accounts. - Builds relationships with stakeholders in customer’s organization through an understanding of the customers’ need and ways to enhance Cargill’s value proposition. - Monitors the customer relationship for continuous value creation and optimization. Collaborates/partners with Logistics/Procurement/Supply Chain/R&D/Marketing/Quality/Product Line professionals to ensure availability of raw materials and ability to meet customer specifications and timelines. Ensures that customers are satisfied and that any inquiries, incidents and/or issues are resolved in a timely manner. 20 % RESEARCH & IDENTIFY CUSTOMER / BUSINESS NEEDS - Researches and identifies customer’s requirements and expectations. - Represents the customer best interest within Cargill and is well versed in the customer’s goals, needs and requirements. Positions Cargill as the “partner of choice”. - Partners with a network of support functions (i.e. Go-To-Market organizations, Marketing, Technology, Operations) as well as with immediate supervisor to remain knowledgeable on more complex products and services capabilities and the overall business strategy to address current and future needs of the customer(s). - Utilizes industry knowledge to ensure marketing/sales strategies and tactics (i.e. product/market segmentation, pricing, channels of distributions) align with and support those of the distribution/retail customers. 10 % SOLUTION PROPOSAL & DEVELOPMENT / NEGOTIATION & SALE EXECUTION - Positions Cargill for leading opportunities by presenting the company’s capabilities and solutions. - Executes sales proposals (i.e. structure proposals for new, innovative solutions) that represent maximum value optimization to customer and business. Ensures that proposal addresses customer’s key issues, needs and requirements. - Follows best practices on negotiation methodology. Negotiates and closes deals for less complex accounts. Follows methodology on negotiation techniques that focus on short-term/transactional customer relationship. - Predicts/resolves issues, settles disagreements, and clarifies misunderstandings with customers, teammates, or supervisors to enhance account performance. Develops mitigation strategies before issues materialize. - May work with distribution partners to co-support distributor’s strategic customers, presenting product offerings and/or assisting in developing programs to increase sals. 50 % PERFORMANCE TARGETS, MEASUREMENTS & RESULTS - Executes on defined/quantifiable sales targets for moderately complex distribution/retail accounts. Provides input to the detailed sales plan of activities to monitor, assess, and ensure sales goals are achieved. - Assist in the account planning process. In collaboration with the Marketing/Commercial leaders, executes customer analysis for individual or groups of customers using Cargill marketing tools (i.e. customer hierarchy or customer segmentation) and within defined portfolio of products/services goals. - Participate in the sales forecasting and measurement processes. Has overall responsibility for the execution and tracking of score card metrics that are related to the performance and overall customer satisfaction. - Delivers on sales performance/financial targets/budgets; sales volume, prices, revenue, profitability.

- Bachelor’s degree in Veterinarian or Animal science or others related in field - Fair English and proficient in computer - Able to work alone in up-country. - Able to drive and have driving license more than 3 months
