40% Production Operation and Management - Develops and enhances manufacturing operation supply reliability, flexibility, and service. - Improves customer service and inventory management - Sets and Develops clear Operations Strategies and Innovations. - Executes new product introductions. - Interdependent partnering with the local team, regional commercial and WW leadership of Demand Fulfillment, SMT, FSQR, and ad hoc project teams. - Facilitates and supports the establishment of optimum and relevant supply relationships. - Acts as a liaison that links objectives of all business partners with the overall strategies. - Interface with colleagues in the other countries to share best practice and leverage operations resources. - Compliance to worldwide, regional and local polices e.g. GMP/Quality, Policy of Business Conduct, Healthcare, financial compliance, etc. 20% Food safety / Environmental, Safety and Health - Leads and regulates all safety programs standard, monitors the Safety incident data. - Collaborates with EHS/FSQR experts to ensure the most effective risk mitigation plans and regulatory compliance strategies are in place while maintaining best product costs. 20% Financial Performance and Capital Effectiveness - Enable profitable growth for new products. - Optimizes and manages budget/expenditures for manufacturing, facilities and utilities. - Improves on total cost savings/avoidance, efficiency gains and complexity reduction. 20% People management - The development and success of critical positions/direct reports and high potentials. - Provides and supervises to all supervisors and trainee.
Education, Experience, Skills:
Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, science with 5 years of experience. - Strong leadership, influence, and interpersonal skills. - Strong mindset of compliance, safety, quality, cost management, and continuous improvement - Passion for people development. - Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs and Quality Systems. - Analytical and process oriented with an interest/aptitude in operations. - Commercial, strategy development, and negotiations. - Results oriented and able to independently create and deliver. - Self-starter / entrepreneurial. - Communication and presentation skills. - Decision Making / Problem Solving. - Commercial Agreements/Legal knowledge. - Process Excellence skills & experience. - Experience in productivity improvement and quality improvement. - Self-motivated and self-management. Be able to work with minimal supervision.
- Master’s degree in business or Industrial Engineering or Engineering Management is a plus. - Experienced in continuous improvement, agriculture, food or FMCG is a plus.
