Position Purpose & Summary The purpose of the role is to drive central reporting of EHS performance through analytics and information technology. Responsible for leading the implementation and maintenance of the Cargill’s EHS information systems to meet the goals and objectives. Accountable for acquiring, organizing, retrieving and disseminating highly technical and specialized data. Responsible for data integrity and security. Responsible for managing a shared data base of technical, regulatory, compliance and incident information for Cargill. Provides technical expertise in all areas related to data base management and computer applications associated with the EHS information system. Provides functional direction and training in the application of the EH&S information systems. Ensures that analytics and reporting developed is aligned to the needs of the region. This position reports to the EHS Regional EHS Systems & Performance Lead and will work with EHS leadership, Corporate, Operations and Business leadership, multiple peers, stakeholders and contractors to achieve Cargill’s goal of ZERO harm. Principal Accountabilities 60% - Analytics and Reporting * Lead the regional analytics team and partner with Global Analytics Lead to align on reporting, analytics standards and determine the operations requirements for analytics; obtain relevant tools, which could include computing equipment, physical measurement equipment or external resources to allow for data sets, performance metrics, measurements and analytics to be collected to meet the regional demands. * Partnering with the EHS L&D team to ensure Enablon users in the region are proficient and able to utilize the system according their specific needs. * Understand, track and monitor critical key metrics (e.g. SIF, SEE) in Enablon to measure EHS performance. Support the identification of data sets, performance metrics, measurements and analytics that will be leveraged to monitor EHS performance and compliance. * Align with the global EHS reporting and analytics framework, work with the regional EHS team to determine frequency and format for reporting data sets, performance metrics, measurements and analytics. Assess the conversion of data into insights including understanding the potential for additional and relevant information related to EHS. Consider company, regulatory and other specific requirements. * Analyze and identify meaningful trends and performance to highlight EHS drivers * Prepare data and documents for central reporting to APAC EHS Systems and Performance Lead and Global Systems and Performance Lead (Audit) 40% - Emerging Technology and Continuous Improvement * Identify, coordinate trials and facilitate decision making of technology adoption to enhance EHS performance. * Review additional information technology to better track, monitor and analyze EHS performance. Compare data sets, performance metrics, measurements and analytics on a periodic basis to determine trends and abnormalities. Report to management, regulators and others on a specified frequency as previously determined. * Coordinates with EHS Sub-Regional Leads and EHS Cluster Leads to ensure the data in Enablon is relevant and up-to-date * Work closely with EHS Cluster Leads and EHS Learning and Development Lead to highlight critical training needs. * Track performance metrics and provide periodic reports to the key stakeholders. * Develop and manage various materials to illustrate data reporting metrics and analysis findings to multiple audiences. Manage and enhance specific technical internal communication efforts and initiatives. * Continuous Improvement and demand from enterprises/functions (i.e. Digital Analyics Team, BOSC, etc) * Collaborate across enterprises and other BOSC functions to understand and meet business requirements for areas of responsibility * Champion the recognition program and deploy for the region. * Serve as custodian of the regional EHS document management system * Engage externally to collaborate with industry peers to learn and share best practices.


  Education, Experience, Skills Required Qualifications * Bachelor degree or equivalent preferably in science, engineering or EHS. * 8 year experience in operations, health and safety or environment health and safety * 3 years experience of System/Data reporting and statistical analysis * Excellent verbal & written communication skills, with ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholders * Strategic thinking * Problem solving skills * Team Leadership/Coaching/mentoring * In-depth knowledge of Project management methodology/tools/process Preferred Qualifications * Data Science certification Other relevant information to the position Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
